	Planner The daily planner shows a visual representation of current vehicle bookings.		Customers Maintains your customer account details.
	Today View actions for today including vehicles due in and out.		Reports Produce management and daily reports.
	Agreements Reserve or book a vehicle in or out, extend or replace.		Configuration Configure your locations' operational and company information.
	Vehicles Define vehicle groups, makes and models and maintain vehicles.		Tariffs Maintain tariffs and miscellaneous charges.
Additional Features Include: Customers Own Insurance Cover can also be extended to include indemnity to the policyholder in respect of a claim being rejected by the Prime Insurer who has provided cover on your vehicle. Policy Excess It is possible to select a lower policy excess to the standard excess of £500.00. Additional Charges It is possible to introduce charges as a means of revenue income, such as Damage Waiver, Excess Mileage Charges etc. Test Drive / Unaccompanied Driving Appraisal Providing the customer with the opportunity to test drive a vehicle whilst unaccompanied allows for a greater driving experience and time to appraise the vehicle prior to purchase. Motor Trade policies will extend to cover this type of use but in many cases the test drive is limited by virtue of time and distance but more importantly, an employee must accompany the customer. Automate will calculate the appropriate premium due to produce the relevant declaration and premium collection, which combines to include the cost of the software package delivering a simple month end process. This is all fully backed up with separate IT, Insurance & Claims Helplines.
